Business Development Director - Enterprise CRM Software
We
are looking for a successful enterprise software sales representative
with major account experience in the financial services industry to sell our on-premise and hosted CRM solutions to wirehouses, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating corporate accounts with financial service enterprises. You will plan and execute sales cycles and professionally represent our company and our web-services CRM solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Find, develop, and qualify enterprise CRM opportunities in the financial services sector and help determine the resources required to win, the chances of closure, the timing, and the profitability to the company.
- Demonstrate the Upswing solution's ability to satisfy customers' technical requirements and communicate the business value of our solution to the enterprise.
- Work with customers to show them how our solutions are implemented and integrated within their enterprise.
- Establish personal relationships with Sr. Executives (Presidents, GMs, VPs) by becoming a trusted, valued business partner
- Conduct presentations to executive audiences and customer management, present proof-of-concept sessions to demonstrate technical capabilities, and manage the execution of the sales process, from qualification through closing
- Become knowledgeable about the competitive landscape and how to differentiate the company's suite of products.
Telemarketing Representatives
Ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by performing online signups to our web-based subscription service for financial advisors and their firms. You may work from home or at our New York office.
Essential Job Functions:
- Acquiring new online subscriptions through the use of inbound calling and outbound cold calling, email and follow up calls.
- Performing real-time online presentations to small to medium sized financial advisory firms and their interested principals.
- Submiting weekly activity report, tracking calls, communication and needed follow up.
- Preparing monthly executive summary report
Minimally Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated communication skills, with a friendly telephone manner.
- The ability to talk on the phone 75% of the time and give web presentations.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Familiarity with online application software.
