What is an account Admin?
An account Admin has the ability to create new users and to delete or
edit existing users. Account Admins also have access to the Customize
tabs, fields, and import. An Upswing user without Admin rights does not have
these permissions, but can be upgraded to Admin status at any time by
an account Admin, via the Users link.
