A: Upswing's 30-day free trial allows you to set up an account for 30 days for free. If you cancel before the 30 days is up, your credit card will never be charged.
Q: For any pay plans, are there any long-term commitments? Can I cancel my account at anytime?
A: There are no long-term commitments with Upswing CRM. If at anytime you want to cancel, simply log in, click on the "Accounts" tab and click cancel.
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at anytime?
A: Yes. Once registered with Upswing, click on the "Account" tab and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at anytime, free of charge.
Q: Do I need a credit card to sign up? What types of payment do you accept?
A: For the free account you do not need a credit card to sign up. For the pay plans need a credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover. For large enterprise customers we do accept purchase orders over a certain size. If you are an enterprise and want to learn more about your payment options please contact us.
Q: What is "SSL Security" and does Upswing use SSL?
A: Upswing uses SSL on all plans. SSL, short for Secure Sockets Layer, encrypts all of your data between Upswing and your web browser. It ensures that your data is secure, so that no one can ever have access to it.
